    據了解,香江集團劉氏家族對Mount Nicholson可謂情有獨鍾,2018年初,香江集團董事局主席劉志強及兒子劉根森,分別以逾5.47億及逾5.9億元,購入Mount Nicholson3期11樓C及D室,兩人去年又以2700萬元,購入屋苑3個車位,即劉氏家族共以約23.64億元入市Mount Nicholson。

The two bought three parking spaces in the housing estate for $27 million last year. That is, the Lau family entered Mount Nicholson for a total of about $2.364 billion.
