李國能妻子3800萬沽中半山曉峯閣

終審法院前首席法官李國能妻子李胡慕瑛，本月初以3,800萬元賣出中半山曉峯閣一個單位，持貨約十年，帳面升值超過1,300萬元或五成。

據區內代理透露，上述單位在今年7月份開始推出放盤，初時叫價3,980萬元，即是次略為減價4.5%或180萬元沽貨。

曉峯閣屬於區內老牌豪宅，位於舊山頂道18號，毗鄰帝景園、地利根德閣等。屋苑設4座，提供528伙，於1993年入伙。屋苑不乏名人業主，如「娛圈富婆」關之琳胞弟關世華，今年4月以1,625萬元購入曉峰閣2座低層戶，呎價約2.6萬元。至於其他業主還有藝人鄭裕玲及余文樂等。
