恒地發展上環堅道新盤CAINE HILL價單正式曝光！CAINE HILL價單1號今日已上載，推出50伙單位，開放式折實價錢約542.3萬元起；CAINE HILL示範單位地址設於中環國際金融中心一期31樓。
CAINE HILL價單1號共50伙，涵蓋開放式至1房單位，當中包括39伙1房單位及11伙開放式單位。首批單位價單售價由559.1萬至895.9萬元，價單呎價27,394至31,711元。150天即供最高3%折扣，折實售價則由約542.3萬至約869萬元，折實呎價26,572至30,759元。
首批折實價全數低於900萬元，低於600萬元則有11伙。入場單位為6樓F室，實用面積190平方呎，開放式間隔，價單定價559萬元，價單呎價29,426元，折實售價542.327萬元，折實呎價28,544。
恒基物業代理營業﹙二﹚部總經理韓家輝指，CAINE HILL銷售安排最快將於下周公布，料最快月內作首輪推售。項目設有一個無改動示範單位，位於國際金融中心一期的示範單位及展銷廳，將於本周六﹙11日﹚正式對外開放予公眾參觀。

CAINE HILL price list No. 1 has a total of 50 units, covering open-plan to one-bedroom units, including 39 one-bedroom units and 11 open-plan units. The first batch of unit prices ranged from $5.591 million to $8.959 million, and the price per square foot was $27,394 to $31,711. A maximum of 3% discount is available for 150 days. The discounted price ranges from about $5.423 million to about $8.69 million, and the discounted price per square foot is $26,572 to $30,759.
The first batch of discounted prices are all less than $9 million, and 11 units are less than $6 million. The admission unit is Room F on the 6th floor, with a saleable area of 190 square feet and open-plan partitions. The price list is priced at $5.59 million, the price per square foot is 29,426 yuan, the discounted price is $542327 million, and the discounted price is $28,544 per square foot.
