上環CAINE HILL價單1號周五或之前公布 首批最少50伙
Sheung Wan CAINE HILL price list to be announced on or before Friday, the first batch consists of at least 50 units

恒地上環堅道73號新盤CAINE HILL價單1號部署兩日公布，首推不少於50伙單位，集中推售1房單位，CAINE HILL價錢料參考堅道一帶二手價格。
恒基物業代理營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示，希望CAINE HILL聖誕前夕開售，項目將於兩天內公布首張價單，首批單位不少於50伙，料推出以1房戶為主標準單位，料本周末開放示範單位予公眾參觀及開始收票，預料項目價格將參考堅道一帶二手住宅。
他又指，伊利近街項目料明年開始拆樓，2023年推出市場。恒地未來將於上環新增3個新盤，2個伊利近街項目和CAINE HILL之間，將加設行人通道接駁，方便居民出入。

He also pointed out that the Elgin Street project is expected to be demolished next year and will be launched on the market in 2023. In the future, Henderson Land will add 3 new properties in Sheung Wan, and between the 2 Elgin Street projects and CAINE HILL, a pedestrian passage will be added to facilitate residents' access.
