華懋拆售48年一手樓 海景呎價低於1.7萬

近月多個發展商拆售非核心物業，市場消息透露，華懋近日低調拆售薄扶林華富閣逾48年貨尾單位。其中，華富閣高層C室，實用面積396平方呎，屬於2房間隔，剛以655萬元售出，呎價16540元。
區內代理透露，華懋早前公布華富閣15個單位的價格，售價介乎572萬至674萬元，呎價介乎13985至16540元。由於以現況出售，故發展商提供3個月成交期予買家。
資料顯示，華富閣位於薄扶林華樂徑4號，共有34層及200個單位，屬於華懋早年作品，項目早於1978年入伙，基座設有商場，曾經有戲院。而該集團數年前曾提供華富閣16個貨尾單位予社聯，開展「社會房屋共享計劃」，將單位已租予有需要的家庭，包括並輪候公屋最少3年的家庭入住。
