紅山半島C區成交紀錄冊顯示，今日售出棕櫚徑62號洋房，實用面積2949平方呎，另有240平方呎平台、1282平方呎花園、480平方呎停車位、1003平方呎天台，以及792平方呎庭院，招標售出，成交價錢8480萬元，成交呎價28,756元。
