買家積極睇樓，大碼優質單位成為入市目標。新近錄得北角珊瑚閣成交，單位為A座低層02室，實用面積1,173平方呎，3房連工人房間隔，座向北面，外望景觀開揚，獲區外換樓客以1,950萬元承接，實用面積呎價16,624元，屬該屋苑同類型單位近兩年新低。
據了解，原業主於2009年12月以1,088萬元購入上述單位自住，持貨近12年至今轉手，賬面獲利862萬元，單位期內升值79%。
