    HOLBORN will open for sale next week

    港島新盤陸續推出,其中鰂魚涌THE HOLBORN最快明天開價及開放示範單位,預計周末開始接受認購登記,並於下周末應市。首批料主打開放式至1房,力吸港島東區上車客。

    恒基發展的鰂魚涌THE HOLBORN,該公司營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,項目預計明天開價,同日下午對外界開放示範單位,並於周末收票,下周末開售。首張價單主要推出開放式至1房單位,迎合上車客需要,認為鄰近區域近期供應不多,項目能滿足市場剛性需求。定價會參考港島新盤,包括系內東區樓盤最新售價。另外,認為項目2房單位亦可吸引一些區內家庭客。他指,近期整體樓市氣氛向好,有助帶動項目銷情,預料銷情理想。

    韓氏續指,項目單位層與層之間高度大部份約3.5米,其中更有層數高達3.825米。發展商為住戶配置摺疊式梯級,可以充分利用高樓底優勢。其中所有1房標準單位均設專屬衣櫃,備有指紋鎖保險箱,保存住戶貴重物品。

    根據樓書顯示,項目提供420伙,間隔多元化,涵蓋開放式至3房,迎合不同種類買家的需要。預計關鍵日期為2023年4月底。
