新地副董事總經理雷霆表示，集團未來三盤齊開，而KENNEDY 38鄰近港鐵站，加上位處名校網區，認為KENNEDY 38客源廣闊，相信會掀起搶購熱潮。
雷霆表示KENNEDY 38是「投資自住的佳選」，自住方面，項目附近有校區及金融區，上班和上學都相當方便；投資方面，現時投資市場波動，投資者逐步察覺磚頭寶貴，指「租樓回報養得起利率有餘」。
