九倉、南豐及會德豐宣佈山頂Mount Nicholson第三期售出分層單位16C及16D以招標售出，實用面積4,186呎及4,544呎，售價共12.0072億元，當中16C單位成交價5.6億元，實用呎價13.4萬元及16D單位連3車位成交價6.4億元，實用呎價14.1萬元，呎價創項目新高之餘，亦打破西半山21 BORRETT ROAD第1期實用呎價13.6萬元的亞洲紀錄，成為新亞洲樓王。
