揚海加推第4號價單98伙 折實入場費1070萬 嘉里：將於周六開售188伙

黃竹坑站上蓋揚海上周六首輪銷售沽清後，發展商再加推第4號價單98伙，價單定價約1337.8萬至8343.8萬元，嘉里稱較對上一張價單輕微加價。項目將連同第3張價單，合共推出188伙在本周六(9月11日)推售。
放大面積334至1420平方呎，1房至4房，並以2房佔最多，價單定價約1337.8萬至8343.8萬元，價單呎價35939元至58759元。以最高折扣20%計，折實價約1070.24萬至6675.04萬元，折實呎價由28751至47007元。入場單位2A座6樓E室，實用面積341平方呎，折實價1070.24萬。

新一批單位中，發展商首次推出1A及1B座的A及B單位，該批單位望深灣遊艇會景色。另外，項目是次首推941平方呎的3房單位。


項目將於9月11日以價單形式推售188伙，並分4組時段銷售。是次銷售未包括招標單位，而3及4號價單合共市值40億左右。嘉里發展銷售及市場策劃副總裁盧子豪指，是次加推單位計入樓層等因素後，較上一張價單輕微加價。他補充，於首輪銷售中，購買1房的客戶佔約64%，而入市1房或以上的佔約36%。

嘉里發展香港區總經理湯耀宗表示，市場氣氛向好，有信心次輪銷售再度沽清單位。他亦稱，昨日項目以招標售出的其中3伙單位的買家為嘉里母公司的相關公司，集團計畫把單位作長線收租投資之用。
