裕泰興羅氏家族撈底入市 6780萬元購赤柱屋仔

樓市全面撤辣後，二手樓市氣氛明顯改善，不過，銀主盤存量突破300伙大關，撤辣後銀行持續減價沽貨，不少名人趁低吸納。例如裕泰興羅氏家族成員，以6780萬元購入赤柱海天小築銀主盤。資料顯示，赤柱舂坎角海天徑38至48號海天小築單號屋，實用面積2503平方呎，原業主早於2010年以7000萬元購入，惟多次加按最終淪為銀主盤，銀行曾經叫價1.16億元放盤，惟放盤近5年未獲承接，近日減至6780萬元售出，比高峰期減價4820萬元，減幅約41%。據悉，新買家為裕泰興家族「太子爺」羅守輝的妻子梁婉玲（ELINA）。

It is reported that the new buyer is Leung Yuen ling (ELINA), the wife of Law Sau Fai Francis, the "Prince" of the Yu Tai Hing family.
